Job Description:
Troubleshooting in technical issues in Windows
Providing necessary support for installing Printers & Scanners
Arranging the standby or replacement on time
Install OS and other applications
Assist users for accessing applications
Educate the user to log the calls through Helpdesk and tracking
Coordination with Hardware team
Support / Assist user issues
Required Candidate profile:
A graduate with 2-5 years of experience in Hardware & maintenance, Desktop & printer support preferably from the IT Infrastructure industry.
