Summary:

The Communications Intern will support the Marketing team in a variety of tasks related to university relations, social media, internal and external communications/media. This is a great opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in the field of communications, and to work with a leading global company.

Responsibilities:

Support in the organization of ZF events in universities or business organizations (presentations, speaker profiles, agenda, etc.)

Create content for Facebook and LinkedIn according to social media monthly calendar.

Work with Social Media team in content projects

Create content for ZF’s internal channels

Coverage of internal events

Manage Monterrey’s internal community and corporate page

Create graphics and written content for internal communications as needed

Update media directory for Mexico

Monitor Mexican media to find opportunities of interest for ZF

Requirements:

Current student in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, and Graphic design or related (in the 5th semester or more)

Knowledge of digital strategies and measuring tools for social media and digital content.

Knowledge of graphic design tools (basic-intermediate).

Proactive

Ability to research and establish relationships with student groups and key faculty members from different universities.

Preferred with +75% Bilingual English/Spanish.

Strong computer, analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Available to work at least 30 hrs weekly.
