General Liability Attorney Requirements:

2+ years litigation experience preferred

Experience in professional liability, general liability, premises liability, personal injury, business law, employment law, real estate, construction law, healthcare or related practices

Experience in discovery, motions, trial preparation or direct trial experience preferred

Exceptional writing and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong research and writing skills

Strong academic background and ABA-accredited law school

Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path

Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment

Licensed in CA in good standing
