Die Cutter Operators ($5,000 Retention Bonus)

Two new openings with a printing and packaging company near Minneapolis. Seeking experienced die cutters for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm-10pm). $5,000 retention bonus and quarterly profit sharing!

Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Die Cutter Operator on Bobst, Youngshin, or large format clam shell equipment (such as Thompson or Standard).

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Technical or vocational degree in graphic arts is preferred.

The Die Cutter Operator responsibilities include operating all die cutting equipment accurately and efficiently, according to job ticket instructions, understanding the type of work and requirements dealt with within the die cutting department. This position will be viewed as a subject matter expert regarding the die cutting produced.
