Senior Piping Designer/Checker – Responsible for general arrangement and piping layout for the truck loading/unloading, fin fans, cooling towers, and site plan using Bentley Auto plant 3-D Systems. Checked 3-D equipment and piping models using Bentley Explorer for various units of the project. Followed the project thru construction and preformed field engineering on-site in Baytown, TX where the construction completion was on schedule and under budget.

Senior Piping Designer/Checker – Responsible for equipment and piping modeling for various Ethanol Plants which included mash preparation, fermentation, pipe racks, cooling tower and chemical storage areas. These plants sizes ranged from 20 to 100 million gallons a year in capacity. Checked equipment in various areas and piping models utilizing Bentley Explore. Assessed equipment, piping orthographic plans, and sections. Made field trips to support construction of a 20 million gallons a year Ethanol Plant in Nebraska.

Senior Piping Designer/Checker–New Generation design and layout using 3-D modeling systems, combined cycle projects, power plant utilities aboveground and underground piping for balance of the plant to combustion turbines and heat recovery steam generators. Utilized a 3-D design for environmental clean air projects for Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) projects utilizing Bentley Autoplant. Checked 2-D Ortho’s of equipment and piping arrangements, pipe details, pipe supports, and isometrics.
