Project Engineer / Manager of Tooling and Processes, 11/08 to Present

Managing all new component Tooling for $1M Sikorsky CH53K Helicopter Program including the design and fabrication of prototypes. Regarded as the firm’s expert in Tooling, working with all levels of management and client teams to drive consensus, collaboration and forward momentum toward the completion of project milestones and the attainment of client goals. Responsible for quoting cost and timeline of all proposed projects including manufacturing processes of production parts.

Designed and developed and all composite, full-suspension mountain bike frame. Co-developed a prototype CAP tool for F-16 wing spar.

• Began career with ICI as first employee to develop applications for use with proprietary tooling system FASTool™.
