Reopening Process
From initiation of submission Journey to issuance of policy, at any given point of time, customer may wish not to go ahead with the insurance applied. This could be because of customer may want to opt for some better plan / due to some sudden financial emergencies / any other personal reasons. Customer has an option to ask for cancellation get back the full refund before the policy issuance.
Scrutinize documents for completeness and check supportings. Based on the customer consent or SR will be raised in CRM for reopening the policy then policy get reopened.
