Responsibilities:
1. Implements systems for monitoring documentation / communication from both internal and external clients. 2. Works under guidance of the Document Controller Lead. 3. Provides assistance to the Project Management Team as required.
4. Prepares standard correspondence for the Project Team which includes document flow, basic cover letters, copies of meeting documents, etc.
5. Complies with tracking requirements in accordance with the approved procedures.
6. Supports the receipt, tracking, and monitoring of documents through the use of standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produce logs, transmittals, and other reports as required.
7. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
8. Tracking the pending documents through weekly progress reports.
9. Notifying the involved party for tacking appropriate action on the pending documents.
10. Ensure proper document control support is given to each project.
11. Produce and maintain Document Progress Reports to Project Managers.
12. Create Document Control and correspondence folders for individual projects.
