Accountabilities
Coordinating with Buyer’s tech team on day to day basis.(for running styles & upcoming styles)
Evaluating fit and pp-samples; conducting pp-meeting prior to bulk production.
Production follow ups till ex factory
Maintain cut to ship ratio

Implementing the inspection procedures of fabric based on the requirement of Buyers, to ensure Raw material is acceptable quality level.

Responsibility
Responsible for fits during development stage to approve for the patterns & fits for proto, Size Set, Sealer, Pre-production & Shipment Samples.
Responsible for fits and have a strong knowledge in developing patterns and work on sizes
(grading).
Evaluate the styles from proto to gold sealing.
Liaison as a technical support to production for in house as well as out sourced units.
Delivered technical & quality instructions to sampling, production, outsourcing vendors etc & delegate the team members for in-line inspection, packing audit, Pre- final and final inspection.
All the Standard operating procedure for inline inspection, Critical path, End line inspection, packing and End line inspections were set to reduce the repair and re work rate. The repair rate has come down drastically from 4% to 1% after implementing the SOP and Critical path.
The AQL standards followed are 0% AQL for inline and final inspection, packing audit carried out at 1.5 A.Q.L.
