Electronic Signals Intelligence Analyst and Operator, United States Air Force NIOC
Hawaii 03/2003-04/2004: Responsible for analysis, processing and dissemination of
ELINT data on real-time basis to internal and external consumers in the Pacific area of
operations. Directed coordination of operational mission with nine other collection centers.
Provided intelligence feedback used to update the electronic order of battle and hull to

Monitored, properly formatted data and reported on satellite communications systems.
Performed signal analysis. Developed target activity profiles and command and control
capabilities in response to national and military requirements. Coordinated reporting and
monitoring efforts with associated resident missions to ensure complete quality processing
and assigned mission. Reviewed and accomplished national tasking levels levied in the
