AI Content Lead

Are you ready to lead the Content team for CyberCare's AI automation tools?

CyberCare, a top-tier customer service provider, is in search of a Content Lead to drive our content strategy for Customer Support automation tools.

We're seeking a leader who can guide, mentor, and motivate our team, which currently consists of 8 employees, who deliver top-quality content for CyberCare & AI automation tools.

In this role we expect you to bring project management experience, where you will be responsible to track project deadlines, manage workflows and lead internal/external meetings to ensure projects are aligned with our goals.

This role presents a unique opportunity to raise the bar and create a unique customer journey from start to finish - self service portal, automated responses, all the way until a human touch is necessary.

What You Will Do

Develop and manage project plans - identify objectives, scope, deliverables, status reporting and measurement of completed plans;

Create strategies to take our AI Content quality to the next level;

Lead a team of Content Managers and support them with 1-1s, performance reviews, set objectives and provide help with professional developmentWork on content creation hands on if necessary;

Design, develop, maintain and own content processes for CyberCare AI;

Analyze and measure content performance data, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations;

Collaborate with other team members to produce high-impact and quality content.

What We Expect

At least 1 year of experience in leading a team;

Experience in content strategy and creation (e.g. SEO, marketing, sales);

Strong project management skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly;

Strong analytical skills and a knack for data-driven decisions;

Stakeholder management experience;

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English;

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

Understanding of chatbot principles, natural language processing and a keen interest in large language models would be an advantage.
