Commercial Maintenance Technician

Self-motivated, dependable, fast paced, hard-working individuals, with at least 1 year of previous field service experience.

This is a field-based position, so candidates should have the ability to travel to job sites as required.

Previous painting, finish carpentry, caulking, insulation, firestop, firesproofing, fireproofer, drywall finish, and other installer experience is a big plus but not required.
