Preparing the necessary documentation for client meetings and business trips of the relationship manager(s)
Handling and monitoring stock exchange orders, forex transactions, fiduciary relationships, loans, payment orders and credit card applications
Cash management
Assist in AML clarifications and preparing clients KYC and related updates
Interacting directly with clients by phone, e-mail and, occasionally in meetings
Preparing and monitoring account openings, closings and mutations
Maintaining records in compliance with internal and external regulation (e.g., of client instructions, portfolio reviews, AML, KYC, etc.)
Various administrative tasks (e.g. preparing presentations, travel arrangements, helping clients with any requests, banking and non-banking)
Deputy of other assistants if needed
