As Talent Acquisition Manager you will have the opportunity to lead the BUY talent plan to ensure the external supply of a diverse talent slate in the LAPAC Cluster.
Your Roles as Talent Acquisition Manager
Own local resourcing plan & track attrition metrics
Drive local EVP in cluster s markets
Directly and indirectly source talent through various channels optimizing global tools and frameworks
Manage smooth onboarding processes for permanent and temporary staff
Drive metrics linked to cost/time/quality plus candidate experience
Gather and maintain information about Cluster activities relating to talent acquisition needs, vacancies, internal talent data review, market reviews etc.
Analyze data to support activities
Develop plans required to support activities within the talent acquisition area in close cooperation with local HR
Develop, execute, and implement regional talent acquisition projects
Drive the employer branding agenda in the cluster relevant to business objectives, in close cooperation with the local HR teams and global HR and Communications
Act as a consultant to support markets adopt and implement global talent acquisition plans relevant to the clusters’ business objectives
Act as a consultant to support the market in search and selection processes/strategies.
What is needed to succeed:
3-5 years of solid experience working within Human Resources
Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry
Extensive experience of working with employer branding
Experienced working with different employer branding media including but not limited to LinkedIn, websites etc.
Proven track record of delivering business results through a pragmatic approach in identifying strategically important talent and make solid succession plans
Experience of working with a range of recruitment partners such as agencies, business schools, and using tools such as LinkedIn
Experience of using psychometric tests and selecting relevant tools
Experience from global organization
Excellent Communication skills in English and Spanish
