Responsibilities
Overall objective & purpose
Provide sustained developmental and marketing support for the NLCB’s Instant Money Games (IMG) category
Own the implementation of onsite and mass media sales promotions
Compile performance analysis of the brands’ performance and the network which supports it
Implement strategies which would lead to the achievement of the business objectives
Principal duties & responsibilities
Develops strategies aligned with company objectives for IMGs
Develops sales and communication objectives along with the relevant customers
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets for IMGs
Monitor, review and report on sales and profitability performance, expense and brand activity results
Work closely with advertising agencies and suppliers to ensure maximum value for advertising investments
Perform financial feasibility studies on all tactical and central initiatives planned and return on investment analysis post-execution
Assist with the development of brand research strategies and implementation of all research projects
Work with the Trade Marketing Specialist and Retail to ensure that point of sale strategies is driven as designed
Develop promotional strategies to support brands and ensure that sales targets are met
Support with the execution of trade audits to gather market intelligence and use same to advise strategies to improve brand positioning
Preparation and publication of vital media and agent communications for the brand. This includes agent award presentations and public relations initiatives.
Designs and maintains a database of information on the brand to report on observed trends, cycles and sales drivers
Responsible for presenting with ticket supplier to ensure accurate and timely processing of all instant ticket orders. Communicates all major brand activities with all collaborators including the NLCB.
Ensures that inventory of Instants tickets is closely supervised to protect against stock out situations and advise on reorder points
Engages, encourages and galvanizes the organization around the Brand vision, position and strategies, so they are clear in bringing them to life in their areas of functional expertise
Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Work with Business Analysis Unit on game enhancement, concepts, brand research to measure the impact and effectiveness of marketing activities including but not limited to promotions, incentive programs with at retail outlets, advertising campaigns and point of sale materials
Lead the product planning and development of game tickets inclusive of all documentation, design and printing
Work with the research team to develop methodology to measure the impact and effectiveness of marketing activities, including promotional activity, incentive programs, advertising campaigns and point of sale materials
Develop project plans for execution of brand initiatives based on the marketing strategy and implement deliverables in accordance with agreed timelines
Prepare all request for approval documents for submission to the customer
Develop and broadcast media and agent communication materials for the brand
Lead all aspects of all activities that impact the brand
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Minimum qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business Administration
Post Graduate qualifications in a relevant field would be an asset
Experience
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar position

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
