The accountant assistant (Sales and AR) is responsible for accurate and timely sales invoicing to our respected clients and ensuring our accounting systems for sales. Accounts receivable and related balance sheet reconciliations are maintained and updated accurately and timely.
ACCA level 1 or equivalent accounting certification
Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance and accounting department with an emphasis in sales invoicing and accounts receivable.
Working knowledge of Sage 50 (Peacetree)
Working knowledge of Microsoft excel
